SHIPPING POLICY: will NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided.

At times we will need to contact the customer to provide or verify the shipping address; please then ensure your best contact number is provided on your invoice.

Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.


SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS: We have Pre-order stocks and Available Stocks. Pre-order stocks processed within approximately 2 to 5 days and shipping and delivery is within 10 days (total = 15 days).  Available Stocks order is processed between 1 to 6 hours and delivered within 24 hours in Accra. Outside Accra is processed and delivered within 48 hours.

Please kindly check your order processing days or contact our support team before your order.  Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.



Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the shipping process has started, it may no longer be cancelled after 24 hours. If exceed 24 hours, size or color or details of your order need to be changed, please send message to us, and also it may delayed the shipment of your order. Please note on special order items: If your order is processed, request for cancellation may not be guaranteed as well.


Your satisfaction is our top most priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (duration given time excluding the processing time).

  • you do not want the product you have received (We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost)

  • We will be fully responsible for direct Manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

  • We reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.

  • Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.

  • All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 10% through 20% in certain situations where applicable.

(You can submit refund requests within 24 hours after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) for pre-order stocks and also guaranteed period for available stocks has expired. You can do it by sending us email or call/what’sApp line.
